About CoachFlow

CoachFlow is being built for a simple reason: coaches run their practices on tools that were designed for somebody else. The popular client-flow platforms were built for projects and events — photographers, planners, freelancers. They handle an enquiry and a contract well enough, but the actual work of coaching — the sessions, the notes, the goals, the slow visible progress — has nowhere to live in them.

So coaches keep the real record in documents and spreadsheets, pay for two or three more tools around it, and still answer "how many sessions does she have left?" by counting. CoachFlow puts the coaching record at the centre — session notes, client goals and progress, package balances — with intake, booking, agreements and invoices around it, for one flat price with everything included.

How we work

• Honest pricing. One plan, published on the homepage. If the price ever changes, existing members hear it from us first — nobody's bill quietly doubles.
• No fake proof. We don't publish testimonials or statistics we can't stand behind — and we say plainly where the product stands.
• Your client record is yours. Notes, goals and invoices can be exported at any time. Leaving should be as easy as joining.
• Coaching is not therapy. Our agreement templates say so plainly, and the product is built for coaching work — not clinical records.
