This policy explains what CoachFlow does with information, in plain language. It covers this website and the live service.

The live demo

The live demo on this site runs entirely in your browser. The sample coaching clients, invoices, bookings, session notes and goals you see or create are stored only in your own browser's local storage. They are never sent to us or to any server, and you can erase them at any time by clearing your browser data or using the reset option in the demo.

The live service

• We will collect only what the product needs: your account details, and the client, invoice, agreement, booking, session-note and goal data you enter to use the product.
• We will never sell your personal data, and we will not use your business data to train models or for advertising.
• Payments will be handled by a regulated payment provider acting as merchant of record; we will not store your card details.
• You will be able to export or delete your data, and to close your account, at any time.
• We will only email you about your account, your subscription, and product changes that affect you.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. Privacy-respecting analytics may be used to understand visits in aggregate; they are not used to identify individual visitors or for advertising.
