Terms of Service

1. The live demo

The interactive demo on this website uses sample data stored in your own browser and is provided for evaluation only. Nothing in the demo creates a real account, a real contract, a real invoice or any payment obligation.

2. The live service

The live service is offered on a single monthly subscription plan at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Founding members are onboarded personally by email while self-serve sign-up is being finished. The subscription covers use of the software for your own coaching practice. You can cancel at any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, contracts and other documents you create and send with the service.
• Contract templates provided are plain-language starters, not legal advice. You should have important agreements reviewed for your situation and jurisdiction.
• You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited bulk communications.

4. Fair dealing

We will give reasonable notice of price or feature changes. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a full export of your data.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
