A Paperbell alternative, for coaches who only need the core
Paperbell is the closest thing to CoachFlow on the market, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is built for solo coaches, it tracks packages and sessions, and it adds a website and live payments on top. The honest question is not whether Paperbell is good — it is whether you need everything in its $97 a month, or whether the one-to-one coaching core for $29 a month is the better buy.

Paperbell is probably better for you if…
- You need a coaching website and don't have one yet
- You need clients paying by card at checkout, with payment plans, today
- You run group coaching or live workshops
- You want a product with years of production history at scale
CoachFlow may fit better if…
- You coach one-to-one and sell session packages
- You already have a website, or don't need one from your practice app
- You want session notes, goals and package balances without the $97 bill
- You invoice clients (with tax lines) rather than needing live checkout yet

Questions
Is CoachFlow a full Paperbell alternative for coaches?+
For a one-to-one coach, on the coaching core, yes: packages with live balances, session notes, goals and progress, intake, booking, agreements and invoices — for $29/month instead of $97/month. It is not a full replacement if you need a built-in coaching website, live card checkout, or group coaching: Paperbell has all three today and CoachFlow does not yet. Judge it on the job you actually need done.
Why is CoachFlow so much cheaper than Paperbell?+
Mostly because it does less, honestly. Paperbell's $97 buys a website builder, live payment checkout with payment plans, group coaching and calendar integrations, built and supported since 2020. CoachFlow is a focused one-to-one practice app — no website builder, no live checkout yet — so one flat $29 covers it. Founding members lock that price. You are not paying for features you will never open.
What does Paperbell do that CoachFlow doesn't (yet)?+
Plenty, honestly: a full coaching website generated from your packages, live card payments and subscriptions through Stripe or PayPal, payment plans with pay-in-full discounts, group coaching, two-way calendar sync and Zoom integration, and years of production history — Paperbell says over 5,000 coaches use it and it has processed more than $47 million in coaching payments (their figures). If you need live checkout or a website this week, Paperbell is the safer pick today.
Can I actually use CoachFlow today?+
Yes. CoachFlow is now live: email us at abdulazeem3255@gmail.com and we'll set up your founding-member account personally. You can also explore the entire app first in the live demo — it runs with sample coaching clients, packages, session notes and goals in your browser, free. We would rather onboard you honestly, by hand, than promise a self-serve sign-up we haven't finished.
Where do these prices come from?+
Paperbell's $97/month (or $970/year) price is from Paperbell's own FAQ and pricing pages, as checked in October 2026 — note that older roundups still list Paperbell's previous $57/month price; the current published price is $97. Plans and prices change, so verify the latest on Paperbell's official site before deciding.
Judge the record, not the claims
Open the live demo and look at one client the way you'd want to before a session: package balance, last session's notes, goals and progress, next booking — one screen. Then email us and we'll set up your account.
